Hydro Pool 7:30am to 8:30am and 12pm to 3pm

Wednesday

General Lap Swimming 8am to 3pm

Hydro Pool 6am to 8am and 12pm to 3pm

Thursday

General Lap Swimming 7:30am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 3pm

Hydro Pool 12pm to 3pm

Friday

General Lap Swimming 8am to 3pm

Aqua Fit 9:30am to 10:15am
